Acceptance

By accessing or using TerraGrid, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TerraGrid provides automated property and landscape intelligence for service teams. The service is currently offered as a preview limited to a defined demo region, and may change or be unavailable from time to time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory purpose.
• Use our outputs to profile, target, or make adverse decisions about individuals in violation of applicable law (including fair-housing, consumer-protection, and privacy laws).
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Informational estimates — not professional advice

TerraGrid's analysis is produced by automated methods from public data and consists of estimates and probabilities, not verified facts. It is provided for informational and prospecting purposes only and is not legal, appraisal, surveying, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on or acting upon it.

Third-party services

The service embeds Google Maps and Street View. Your use of that content is subject to Google's Maps Platform Terms and Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software and the reports it generates, is owned by TerraGrid and protected by applicable law. Subject to these terms, you may use reports for your internal business purposes.

Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraGrid and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TerraGrid harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
