Privacy Policy

TerraGrid ("we", "us") operates the property-intelligence portal at terra-grid.net. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Billing information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We retain a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
• Usage data — the property analyses ("runs") you request and the metering we use to enforce plan limits.
• Cookies — a signed session cookie to keep you logged in, and a guest cookie that tracks the single free analysis for visitors without an account. These are functional cookies; we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the service, including running property analyses you request.
• To authenticate you and keep your account and runs secure.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers. Stripe processes payments and is governed by its own privacy policy. Google Maps and Street View are embedded as live widgets inside reports; that imagery is served directly by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. TerraGrid does not store Street View imagery or use it for analysis. Our property analysis itself is derived from public, government-hosted data — see our Data & Methodology page.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above as needed to operate the service, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and run data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

You can access or update your account details from your account page, and you can request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can clear cookies through your browser at any time.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and access to a run is restricted to the account or guest that created it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

TerraGrid is a business tool and is not directed to individuals under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
